My work begins with a fascination for the hidden and forgotten corners of the city. I explore spaces marked by human presence—worn textures, industrial objects, and overlooked places that hold quiet records of past interactions. These elements reveal layered histories, where objects and environments become testaments to time and movement.
Through painting, collage, and photography, I examine these everyday urban artifacts. I am especially drawn to graffiti for its visual energy and its role as a living form of communication—voices layered over time. Using photographic elements, I build collaged compositions that reflect the chaotic, fragmented nature of the city, then translate them into paintings.
My work investigates how environments are shaped by human activity, the objects embedded within them, and the transformations they undergo. By focusing on these often-overlooked elements, I invite viewers to reconsider urban decay and transformation, and to see the layered histories in the spaces we pass every day.
